FEES

1.5 hours: to include information gathering, postural assessment and fitness screening followed by some introductory exercises using the Pilates studio apparatus.

1 hour of individual tuition, targeting results of the screening, bringing the body back into balance and  improving overall fitness and health. 

1 hour of tuition sharing with a friend/partner (after completeing an individual initial appointment).

2 hours; to include full health history and Chinese Medicine diagnostic screening followed by the first acupuncture treatment.
